Loire PH-125 3100x125t hydraulic folder with 2-axis electronic positioner

The Loire hydraulic folding machine, made in Spain, has been designed to provide quality solutions to all types of metal industry work. Its monobloc frame made of mechano-welded steel provides rigidity to folding and among its advantages we can highlight:

• Punch holder with prismatic guidance with adjustment of the tightening play.
• Punch with adjustable wedge system to compensate for the working arrow.
• Cylinders with forged steel jacket and chrome-plated piston.
• Punch with mechanical torsion shaft, oversized and mounted on anti-friction bushings
• Punch holder fixed to the cylinders by a floating system of Belleville washers
