The machines are in fully functional condition. The system is mainly used for the production of profile beams (HEA; HEB; IPE, etc.) between 140mm and 700mm. Larger or smaller dimensions are possible.
The facility consists of:

1. Kaltenbach cold circular saw HDM 1000 with CNC-controlled bevel cut adjustment up to 45° or 75° with a center distance of the sawing and drilling system of 2.3m. The saw is equipped with: material sensor, hydraulic feed roller, extendable roller conveyor segment.
2. Wagner profile beam drilling machine WBX 1015 with automatic change magazines with air cooling device, spray oil device, roller substructure as workpiece support, holes over 40 to max. 50 mm in diameter can be drilled with a special tool.
3. Length measuring device WMS 1015 for the sawing and drilling center with hydraulic collet for smaller profiles from 80 to 50mm, with this parts with a length of only 300mm can be sawn. Longitudinal beam for the portal construction of the WMS 1015 P measuring vehicle
4. Wagner DNC programming station
5. Marking T13, fully integrated into the program flow of the saw-drilling system.
6. Transport system consisting of:

- 8 cross conveyors with a length of 11m, pallet truck system, divided into 2 separately operated sections
- Feed roller conveyor with a length of 27m, roller width 1060mm.
- Export roller conveyor with a length of 25m, prepared for at least 8 cross transports to the blasting system
- Drives and control of the system including additional control panel
