The features of the DEED brand V1160L model CNC vertical machining center with Mineral Cast body structure, produced in partnership with the German machine manufacturer ROTTLER, are as follows:

Main body and column are produced with mineral casting system. It has 10 times higher vibration/vibration absorption feature than standard casting. This allows to increase workpiece precision and extend tool life.

In addition, heat conduction is 1/20 compared to standard casting. It expands less during the daytime temperature changes.
