DZS vertical turning centers

Our DZS vertical turning centers are available in 5 sizes and can be equipped with one spindle, with two spindles, with or without additional machining equipment for high-performance milling, gear skiving (gear cutting), peeling, engraving and other machining processes.

The centers can be operated with two independent cross slides, which enable simultaneous parallel processing. The longitudinal slide moves on three linear guides and is equipped with a linear drive that ensures high stability and high dynamics.

CONCEPT

Short non-productive times:

• 100 m/min and 5 m/s² in the X-axis
