The SCHENCK HE2BU electric motor rotor balancing machine was built in 2014 in Germany. The HE2BU rotor balancer has been practically unused since its purchase. The machine is prepared for use in large-scale production. A reliable machine is used in the final stage of the production process to balance rotating elements in order to increase their service life. After the process is completed, all results are stored in the database of the measurement module in order to use them for later processing.

The machine uses a modern measuring system SCHENCK CAB 820 , which, using a microprocessor, allows you to achieve the best machining results. Intuitive and easy-to-use software accurately measures unbalance in two planes - static and momentary unbalance, and supports various correction methods, including milling, drilling, grinding, punching, welding and adding weights.
